Standardization Project Leader
Stacie is a Standardization Project Leader based out of the Boston office. She is responsible for defining project plans, establishing milestones, and coordinating the efforts of project teams for the development of ICHOM’s Standard Sets at patient population and specific medical condition levels. She collaborates closely with internationally based, leading medical experts and patient advocacy representatives to drive the development and global implementation of the Standard Sets.
Stacie’s career interests have focused on efforts to increase the value of healthcare delivery by improving patient outcomes, supporting provider-led quality improvement activities, and increasing cost efficiency. Prior to joining ICHOM Stacie worked at the University of Michigan as a member of the coordinating center teams for the Michigan Urological Surgery Improvement Collaborative (MUSIC) and the Michigan Oncology Quality Consortium (MOQC), which are statewide Collaborative Quality Initiatives sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan’s Value Partnerships program. Additionally, she managed several prostate cancer and quality of life research studies for the Department of Urology. Stacie has an extensive background in research study coordination, outcome metric development, design of sustainable infrastructures for data collection and provider performance feedback reporting, high quality data management, and implementation of large scale quality improvement projects. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Dynamics from Arizona State University.
