Most recently, as Vice President of Technology at Confluent Health—a network of 1000+ physical therapy clinics in the US—he led tech-driven transformation by deploying AI tools, building custom outcomes dashboards, and advancing clinical and operational improvements. He previously served in senior growth and technology roles at ACCESS PT, Business Insider, Condé Nast, and other digital media and healthcare organizations. Sandor is also an advisory board member at the Digital Health Coalition, a non-profit that collaborates with pharmaceutical leaders on digital strategy. Based in the U.S. and raised in Europe, he brings a perspective that aligns well with ICHOM’s global mission to scale patient-centered innovation.
