The ICHOM Partner Program – recognizing and supporting organizations leading the global movement toward Value Based Healthcare.

ICHOM has enjoyed the support, collaboration and shared goals of a large number of healthcare leaders around the world from the very beginning; our work would not be possible without them.

Becoming an ICHOM Partner offers several ways to elevate your organisation as a VBHC leader within our 30,000-strong network. It offers access to our Sets of Patient-Centred Outcome Measures, the gold standard for patient-centred health outcomes globally; It offers automatic sponsorship of our global annual ICHOM Conference – the world's largest and most influential VBHC event, and certain levels of Accreditation where relevant.

The program structure has three main tiers, depending on the level of support an organization offers.

1. Leadership Partners

Our Leadership Partners provide high input, long-term and sustaining support for ICHOM, through knowledge and expertise sharing, network development and funding. They are integral to the ongoing success of ICHOM and are recognized as the Foundation of our organization.

2. Transformation Partners

Our Transformation Partners are at the forefront of delivering and supporting system-wide healthcare centred on Patient Outcomes, through knowledge and expertise sharing, network development and funding.

3. Knowledge Partners

ICHOM Knowledge Partners bring specific expertise to support the adoption and use of Sets, and are promoted by ICHOM across our respective channels to the wider ICHOM community
