We’re excited to share that our case study on the implementation of the ICHOM Diabetes Set of Patient-Centered Outcome Measures at the Center of Comprehensive Care for Patients with Diabetes (CAIPaDi) at the Salvador Zubirán National Institute of Health Sciences and Nutrition in Mexico City has been published in Archives of Public Health!
Our Outcomes Research team has collaborated closely with the CAIPaDi team over the past few months to highlight the impactful work being done to improve care and outcomes for patients living with diabetes in Mexico.
