The ICHOM Standard Set for COVID-19 is the result of hard work by a group of leading physicians, measurement experts and patients. It is our recommendation of the outcomes that matter most to the patients of COVID-19. We urge all providers around the world to start measuring these outcomes to better understand how to improve the lives of their patients.
Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs)
1 Measured by the PROMIS Global Health 1.2
2 Measured by the PROMIS Short Form v2.0 - Social Isolation 4a
3 Measured by the FLU-PRO
