Spencer joins ICHOM from the world of orthopedic and occupational healthcare as a licensed Athletic Trainer. He completed his undergraduate degree from Coe College before pursuing a Master’s of Science in Advanced Athletic Training at University of South Carolina and Doctorate in Athletic Training from Indiana State University. During his time as an allied healthcare provider, he has served rural communities, secondary school student-athletes, and a diverse range of industrial manufacturing workers. Spencer brings a person-centered evidence-based perspective to problem-solving and a love for collaborating to make a difference in health equity and promotion.
