The ICHOM team is pleased to announce a new Strategic Alliance with the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. The Health Board provides healthcare for a population of over 639,000, approximately 21% of the total Welsh population, in Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly, Monmouthshire, Newport, Torfaen and South Powys in Wales. The Health Board is named after the founder of the NHS, Aneurin Bevan, who represented Ebbw Vale in Blaenau Gwent in Parliament for over 30 years. We are delighted to partner with this forward- thinking organization, which has been at the forefront of value-based health care thinking in Wales for the past eight years. Aneurin Bevan’s Strategic Alliance with ICHOM represents both organizations’ commitment to outcomes measurement as a means of driving value in health care, in Wales and beyond.
