The International Consortium for Health Outcomes Measurement (ICHOM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Sandor Marik as its new Chief Innovation Officer, beginning in July 2025.
Sandor brings a powerful combination of healthcare expertise, digital innovation, and global leadership to the organization. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Technology at Confluent Health, where he led technology-driven transformation across a network of more than 1,000 physical therapy clinics in the United States. His work included deploying AI tools, developing custom outcomes dashboards, and driving both clinical and operational advancements.
Prior to Confluent Health, Sandor held senior growth and technology positions at organizations including ACCESS PT, Business Insider, and Condé Nast, spanning both the healthcare and digital media sectors. His diverse experience reflects a deep understanding of data strategy, platform development, and user-centered innovation.
In addition to his professional roles, Sandor serves as an advisory board member at the Digital Health Coalition, a nonprofit that works with pharmaceutical leaders to shape effective digital strategies.
Raised in Europe and based in the United States, Sandor brings a uniquely global perspective—one that resonates with ICHOM’s international mission to advance value-based, patient-centered care through better outcomes measurement and data-enabled decision-making.
