Once you submit your application, ICHOM will review it to confirm eligibility. Applications are typically reviewed within 3 working days. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email with payment details and instructions to access your Member Portal. Your membership becomes active once your application is approved and payment is completed.
Your membership begins on the datepayment is completed. It runs for 12 months from that start date and renews annually unless cancelled.
Choose the membership category that best reflects your current role and organization type. Your eligibility will be confirmed during the application review process, and the ICHOM team will contact you if a different category is more appropriate.
Many members are able to expense their membership through their organization as a professional development or training cost. If someone else will be completing the payment, please use your own work email when applying. This ensures your membership access and benefits are correctly assigned to you.
Once payment is completed, you will receive a payment confirmation and receipt which can be used to support an expense claim. If you have any questions about this, please contact the membership team.
Yes, we encourage colleagues from the same organization to apply. Having multiple team members involved can help you get more value from the network, learning opportunities, and shared insights.

Your profile may include basic professional information such as your name, organization, role, and areas of interest, and is only visible to other ICHOM members. You can manage your visibility preferences or opt out at any time.
