Alice Andrews focuses on the organizational and communications dimensions of implementing high-value health care and has designed multiple graduate degree programs, including the Master of Health Care Delivery Science program at Dartmouth College and the Master of Science in Health Care Transformation program at the University of Texas at Austin.
She is on the editorial review board for the Journal of Patient Experience and the Journal of Health Organization and Management. Alice co-authored many of the cases that are used in the program and has extensive first-hand knowledge of the challenges of leading these complex undertakings. Her research interests focus on the design of health care solutions that support both patients and the health care workforce, and she teaches crucial leadership topics including building psychological safety and creating high-performance learning teams. A gifted teacher, Alice is a two-time recipient of the Excellence in Teaching Awards from the Dell Medical School.
