The ICHOM Set of Patient-Centred Outcome Measures for Adults Living with Obesity will be launching for public use at the end of May as the Working Group finalizes consensus. As we look forward toward implementation, ICHOM will begin preparing a Learning Collaborative to facilitate implementation and shared learning in a standardized space.
The ICHOM Learning Collaboratives consist of a network of Collaborating Partners united by a common goal: to evaluate, learn, innovate, and enhance clinical practice. These collaboratives are centered around ICHOM’s Sets of Patient-Centered Outcome Measures and are supported by our Accelerated Insights Solution. This solution, a collaborative effort with data collection and federated learning technologies, facilitates rapid and secure comparison of outcomes derived from ICHOM Sets.
For Stage 1 of this project, ICHOM is looking for 3 to 5 interested providers with previous PROMs implementation experience and an existing EMR. During May and June, we will be screening interested provider organizations for Stage 1 of the Obesity Learning Collaborative with the hopes of initiating data collection by the end of the year.
