Dionne Matthew

Director of Implementation

Dionne specializes in working across complex systems and learning through doing. She has worked in Quality improvement and Implementation science within the NHS since 2013 across several London based NHS Trusts. As an Integration Manager at King's Health Partners, Dionne was introduced to value-based healthcare and it has been incorporated in her work ever since. Dionne is an advocate for personalised care and community empowerment to allow them to support and interact in regional healthcare provision. She has a postgraduate certificate in Higher Education and is a Quality Improvement coach and mentor to junior doctors completing their quality improvement modules. Dionne obtained her PhD in Cardiovascular health from Coventry University and holds an MSc in Sport and Exercise Science, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Kinesiology. In the private sector, Dionne was the Hospital Network Lead at LOGEX, focusing on scientific exchange and real-world evidence generation with clinicians, patients, pharma and med tech. Now based in the Netherlands, she has lived and worked within 3 different healthcare systems which provides a unique perspective on how we can globally enable benchmarking, collaboration and facilitate person-centered care to improve clinical outcomes and quality of life.
