Roald is program manager VBHC of Santeon since February 2018 and responsible for executing and developing the VBHC methodology across the 7 Santeon hospitals. Roald worked as a consultant in healthcare & life sciences since 2006. In 2012 he started working at a Dutch hospital (OLVG) as senior advisor to the board. From 2016 till 2018 he worked as program manager for a hospital merger at St. Antonius hospital. Roald accomplished his MSc in industrial engineering & management at the university of Twente.
